Bespoke orders require a 50% deposit before fabric cutting commences. Due to the custom nature of our work, garments are non-refundable once the process has reached the "Pattern & Cut" stage.
Completion times vary depending on seasonal demand and cloth availability. Typical turnaround is 6–8 weeks. We require at least two physical fittings for all new clients to ensure the VYZOVY standard of drape.
